Service Description

Join us for Art in the Park on Saturday, June 13th from 1:00 - 3:00 pm at Denver Memorial Park, Pavilion 3. Our intoduction workshop will be "Mythical Magic" where we will be building dragon eyes and enchanted staff with crystal orbs out of polymer clays. Event is open to participants of all ages. Families are welcome to build with children and help guide their creativity with a single registration per child/individual. Anyone planning on building their own creation will need to use the "add-on" feature upon registration to purchase materials for each additional individual making a project.


Cancellation Policy

Art in the Park Booking Policy By registering for an Art in the Park event hosted by Colorful Clay Works, participants agree to the following terms: Registration & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Space is limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled event start time are eligible for a refund or event credit (if applicable). No cancellations, refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued within 48 hours of the event start time, including no-shows. Colorful Clay Works reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to low enrollment, weather conditions, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, participants will be offered a refund or transfer to a future event. Weather Policy As this is an outdoor event, workshops may be postponed, relocated, or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions. Participants will be notified as early as possible regarding any schedule changes. Materials & Project Disclaimer Colorful Clay Works provides materials and instruction but cannot guarantee specific artistic outcomes or final project results. Variations may occur due to participant techniques, material inconsistencies, curing/baking conditions, or manufacturer defects. Colorful Clay Works is not responsible for defects, damage, breakage, discoloration, or project failure resulting from material issues, manufacturer defects, improper handling, or home baking/curing processes after the event. Participant Responsibility Participants are responsible for following instructions and using materials appropriately. Children attending must be supervised by a parent or guardian unless the event specifically states otherwise. Arrival Policy Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss important instructions, and additional time cannot be guaranteed. Liability Waiver Participation in art activities involves the use of tools and materials. By registering, participants assume responsibility for participation and release Colorful Clay Works from liability for minor injuries, allergic reactions, or damages occurring during participation, except where prohibited by law.
