Cancellation Policy

Colorful Clay Works – Terms of Service Agreement This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Colorful Clay Works ("Service Provider") and the client ("Client") for the provision of a Colorful Clay Party event. 1. Booking and Payment A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due in full on the day services are rendered. 2. Service Description Colorful Clay Works agrees to provide: One (1) hour of instruction in clay crafting. One (1) qualified instructor. All materials needed for the clay party. Instructions will also be provided for curing the clay at home. 3. Additional Participants The service fee is based on the agreed-upon number of participants as specified in the initial booking. If the number of participants exceeds this number, the Client will be billed an additional $19 per additional participant receiving instruction. 4. Limitation of Liability Colorful Clay Works provides instructions and materials to the best of its ability. Colorful Clay Works is not responsible for any defects in projects or materials once the instruction is complete. Clients are responsible for curing and maintaining the clay projects as instructed. 5. Cancellation and Refund Policy The $50 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional fees. Failure to pay the remaining balance on the day of the event may result in cancellation of services at the discretion of Colorful Clay Works. 6. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state where Colorful Clay Works operates. 7. Entire Agreement This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings or representations. By paying the deposit, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service.
