Cancellation Policy

Colorful Clay Works – After School Art Class Booking Policy When registering your child for an after school art class with Colorful Clay Works, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Registration & Payment All class registrations must be completed in advance. Payment for the session is due prior to the first class date to secure your child’s spot. Class fees are non-refundable except in cases where Colorful Clay Works cancels the class. Attendance & Behavior Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Respectful and cooperative behavior is required at all times to maintain a positive and safe learning environment. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without refund. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child arrives on time and is picked up promptly at the end of each class. A one-time courtesy pass will be granted for late pick-up of no more than ten (10) minutes after class ends. On a second occurrence and any thereafter, a late fee of $15 per every 10 minutes late will be billed to the parent/guardian’s account. Fees are calculated in full 10-minute increments and must be paid before the child can attend the next class session. Repeated late pick-ups may result in suspension of the student’s enrollment without refund. Emergency Situations If you anticipate being late, please notify Colorful Clay Works as soon as possible so staff can ensure your child’s safety and supervision until you arrive. Late fees still apply unless waived at the sole discretion of Colorful Clay Works in the event of a verified emergency. Liability Colorful Clay Works is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Participation in art activities may involve the use of tools and materials. While safety precautions are taken, parents/guardians acknowledge the inherent risks and agree not to hold Colorful Clay Works liable for accidental injury. By completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy.
